Roof Valley Replacement
Rusted-out valley irons are the silent killer of tile roofs. We replace with Colorbond — sized, lapped and sealed.
Valley irons collect every drop of water from two roof planes. When they rust out, water tracks under your tiles and into the ceiling — often without a visible stain for years. We strip the tiles, remove the old valley, install new Colorbond valley iron with correct lap and overhang, then re-tile.
